MYSELF AND I Workshop

In this workshop, participants:

  • Explore the importance of purpose, examine their core values and how they affect career success
  • Understand the power of personal brand and how to use it effectively in their careers
  • Create a plan to take full career advantage of their strengths, values, purpose and personal brand

1/2 day. Advance work required. Appropriate for up to 12 people.

MYSELF AND OTHERS Workshop

In this workshop, participants:

  • Understand their relationship style, their relationship strengths and the implications for success
  • Understand their personal brand, the components of “presence” and how to present their best self
  • Define the relationships they must develop and how to make them work for everyone involved
  • Create a relationship management plan

1/2 day. Advance work required. Appropriate for up to 12 people.

MY WORK MYSELF Workshop

In this workshop participants:

  • Understand the difference in skills, strengths and talents
  • Learn where their best contribution will be in an organization and how to invest their energy for the highest odds of success
  • Examine the implications of business culture on personal success
  • Create a plan to increase their contribution to the organization

1/2 day. Advance work required. Appropriate for up to 12 people.

MYFUTURE MYSELF Workshop

This workshop covers selected aspects of the other three 1/2 day workshops described above, in a single day. Participants will:

  • Learn why many people lose sight of their greatest strengths and how they can not only discover their strengths but how they can be their easiest path to success
  • Understand the power of their personal brand and how to use it to help get to their best future.
  • Examine the components of “presence” and how it can set them apart
  • Understand the difference in skills, strengths and talents and where to invest their energy for the highest return
  • Define the career that is their best fit
  • Create a career success plan

Strengths-Based Team Workshop

Teams perform at their best when each team member is contributing from strength.  In this workshop participants will:

  • Learn their individual strengths and their strengths as a team
  • Examine the implications for their success
  • Create a plan to leverage team strengths to become a high performing team

Winning through Change

More than ever, organizations are demanding that individuals and teams be adaptable.  But, often , the organization is not clear about what specific changes must occur and how to accomplish them. In this workshop participants:

  • Examine successful methods of change
  • Learn how they can become more personally adaptable
  • Identify specific changes that they need to make as an individual or as a team
  • Understand how to relate the changes they need to make to overall organizational goals
  • Create a personal change platform and plan

Winning through Innovation

Organizations require continual innovation to be successful in today’s fast-changing competitive climate.   If an organization is to be innovative, its key talent must know how to innovate.  And, innovation is different from organization to organization.  What works at one often will fail at another.  In this workshop participants:

  • Learn the types and models of innovation
  • Understand their own innovation profile
  • Explore what the organization expects with regard to innovation and their role in it
  • Identify the top of areas of innovation for them and the next steps to achieving it

1-1 1/2 days. No advance work required. Appropriate for up to 20 people.

Effective Communications Workshop

This course goes a step beyond “how to make a presentation”. In this workshop participants will:

  • Understand their personal communications style and preferences
  • Discover the differences between making a presentation and having presence
  • Learn the keys to planning and communicating effectively with upper level management

A special emphasis module for women is available.
A special emphasis module on giving and receiving feedback is also available.

1 day. Advance work is required. Appropriate for up to 10 people.

Business Case-based Emerging Leader Development

This course is designed to rapidly accelerate the participants’ skills in areas that are most critical to the organization’s success. Content is customized to the organization’s objectives. Features teams solving real-world business cases. Plus individual focus on each participant’s strengths and weaknesses.

The course also:

  • Provides senior management an opportunity to interact with, and evaluate future leaders
  • Provides participants an opportunity to advance relationships with other high potentials and test themselves in a “leader among leaders” situation
