The 5 i’s came out of our first planning meeting as we asked ourselves, “what do we stand for?’, “what do we believe?”, “what will we deliver?”

The 5 i’s are our touchstones, our values, our core obsessions. We believe that each of them is central to the sustained success of an individual, an organization, an industry.

You may have noticed that our web navigation is organized by the i’s. It’s different. It takes a little effort to get used to. Organizing your website, according to your values? We think more organizations should consider it.
